TVU’s Routing Solution Powers Dynamic wireless field camera Production for Fuji Television’s Sports Broadcasts
TVU Router’s multi-network aggregation routing solution helps Fuji Television Network, Inc. (Hereinafter “Fuji Television”) to enhance dynamic wireless field camera production capabilities for live broadcasts of golf and football events.

Since June, TVU Router solutions are used by Fuji Television into its Dynamic wireless camera production workflow to enhance stable camera control capability between field cameras and OB station.
After thorough consultation and testing, Fuji Television adopted TVU’s multi-network aggregation routing solution to address such dynamic productions. The production team utilized the IoT version of the TVU Router, which aggregates multiple local LTE networks to form a stable and high-bandwidth bidirectional link. This foundational technology enabled the creation of a virtual LAN (VLAN channel) between the field cameras and OB station, facilitating remote camera control. This allows field cameramen to focus on framing, and focusing the shots based on real-time directions from the director, while video engineers in the OB station can conveniently manage camera settings like aperture, brightness, and white balance, thereby achieving smooth and efficient wireless field camera production collaboration.
